A sensitive e-mail
I'm used to countless out of office replies when I send messages to lists, but the accusation of racism is not something I've seen before. I'm tempted to sue. It seems distinctly defamatory.

I'm curious. What (if your willing and able to say) was the general jist of the email? Anything in there which you reckon could be the cause, ie words/phases that a simplistic filter would stumble on (eg I prefer white coffee to black)?
I see you are far more professional than me in not naming the organisation which sent you this message.
It strikes me as odd that they are even telling you the policy/rule you have fallen foul of. Surely it will only do more harm than good, especially when you consider the confidence of the statement, no 'possibly' or 'potential' just 'because it contains sensitive content.'
